DMCA / Copyright Policy

Nail Art Daily (https://nailartdaily.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512, and other applicable copyright laws, we will respond promptly to valid claims of copyright infringement committed using or reported on our website.

Our Image and Content Practices

Nail art is a visual field, and Nail Art Daily publishes original written content and uses images to illustrate nail designs and inspire readers. We make every effort to publish only material we have the right to use, to create or license our visuals, and to give credit where appropriate. If we have mistakenly used your copyrighted work, please let us know — we value creators’ rights and will correct the situation promptly, including by adding credit or removing the material, as appropriate.

How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice (Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on behalf of one) and you believe that content available on Nail Art Daily infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated contact email below. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include substantially the following information:

  1. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  2. A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (for example, a link to the original work or a description of it);
  3. The exact URL(s) on nailartdaily.com where the allegedly infringing material is located — a homepage link alone is not sufficient;
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Email: Send your notice to: contact@nailartdaily.com — with the subject line: “DMCA Takedown Request”.

Please note that incomplete notices may not be processed. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, so please make sure you own the rights or are authorised to act before sending a notice.

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, usually within a reasonable time after verification. We may contact the person who posted the material (if applicable) and, where appropriate, notify them of the removal and of their right to submit a counter-notice.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@nailartdaily.com with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice”, including:

  • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court for your address (or, if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of a competent court as required by law) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA, unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action regarding the material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable or terminate the access of users or contributors who are repeat infringers, and to remove infringing content whenever we become aware of it.
